Section 46(4) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(4)Notwithstanding anything containing in these regulations no Radio Ariel, T.V. Antenna or such similar type of installations exceeding 152 metres in height shall be erected without prior permission of the concerned Civil Aviation Authority.
