27.05.2020 It is on records that this revision petition has become infructuous as the decree under challenge was already executed thereby ejecting the petitioner tenant from the suit premises. The said execution order was carried out through T.Ex. No. 15/2016 in the court of learned Munsiff No. 1, Sonitpur at Tezpur.
Considering the same, list after four weeks on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
