Section 6(1) in The Karnataka Guarantee of Services to Citizens Rules 2012
(1)Citizen having applied for citizen related services shall be entitled to seek compensatory cost by submitting a copy of Form-B to the Competent Officer or filing a complaint with the acknowledgement Number through Call Centre.
