Section 26(1) in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
(1)A Chairman or Vice-Chairman shall forthwith cease to be a Chairman or a Vice-Chairman, as the case may be, if the Marketing Board at a special meeting by a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two third of its total number of members (excluding the members who have no right to vote), so decides.
