(b)complete plans, elevations and sections in duplicate, of the premises and all erections or buildings thereon drawn correctly to the scale of one-eight of an inch to one foot and showing the width of all stairways, and the number of steps in each, the width of corridors, gangways and door-ways, the height of the galleries or tiers and the details of the cinematograph and of the plant or the generation or conversion of electrical energy;
