This affidavit in opposition would be treated as opposition in all matters. The State has been unable to file even one affidavit in opposition. As a last chance the State is directed to file their affidavit in opposition by 15th December, 2014, as a peremptory direction.
List all these applications on 12th January, 2015. Affidavit in reply may be filed in that writ application in the meantime.
The interim order will continue till the disposal of the writ applications.
As this batch of writ applications pertains to the vires of the entry tax matters the Registrar, Original Side is directed to communicate the gist of this order to the learned Advocate on record of the State Government.
