(2)The resignation shall be delivered to the Divisional Commissioner either personally by the Mayor or the Senior Deputy Mayor or the Deputy Mayor, as the case may be, or by a person duly authorised in writing by the Mayor or the Senior Deputy Mayor or the Deputy Mayor, as the case may be.
