Section 2(xxii) in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
(xxii)"technical education" means programmes of education, research and training in Engineering, Technology. Architecture, Management, Town Planning, Pharmacy, Computer applications and Applied Arts & Crafts and such other programmes as the AICTE may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare;
