Section 52(3) in The M.P. Gram Nyayalaya Rules, 2001
(3)A meeting shall be held by the Chief Executive Officer by giving a notice of seven days in advance to all members of Janpad Panchayat for nomination of the members of the Gram Nyayalaya. Any of the members present in the meeting shall propose the name of the member to be nominated under Sections 5 and 6 of the Act for the Gram Nyayalaya and that proposal shall be seconded by all the members present in the meeting. If there is no consent to the names for nominating the members present in the meeting then it will be mentioned in the minutes book and such member shall not be nominated.
