Section 27C(1) in Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 2000
(1)Subject to such rules as may be made under this Act, an order passed on appeal under sub-section (1) of section 27-B, may on application be revised by the Managing Director of the Board, provided such application is filed within 45 days of the passing of the order.
