                         UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                            O R D E R

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner herein had pleaded that he was Schizophrenic and was suffering from mental illness and that was the reason he could not attend the duties.

On the last date of hearing we have put it to Mr. Jaideep Gupta, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent as to Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Om Parkash Sharma Date: 2014.09.10 whether the respondent-RBI would be ready to get the petitioner 17:32:28 IST Reason:

medically examined.

Mr. Jaideep Gupta, learned senior counsel states, on instructions, that the respondent has no objection for examining the petitioner by the Medical Board to be constituted by the Reserve Bank of India. Learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees for the same.
We accordingly direct the respondent-RBI to constituted a Medical Board and inform the petitioner about the date on which the Medical Board would sit to examine the petitioner. Let this exercise be completed within six weeks and report submitted before the next date.
List after six weeks.
