(2)The subject papers shall be allowed to be answered with the help of Books except paper IV.Explanation. - "With books" means the original books of the subjects approved by the Government or the Institute having bare Acts and / or Rules without any commentaries or. case laws and includes manual issued under the Act published by the Government of Gujarat.
