Section 44BJ(2) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
(2)If members with professional qualifications or experience as stipulated by the Reserve Bank are not elected in number specified by the Reserve Bank of India in the Committee of the State Co-operative Bank or Central Cooperative Bank, to the extent of shortfall, such vacancies shall be filled by cooption of such persons in the committee and such co-opted members shall have full voting rights.
