Section 9(1) in Indian Enterprise Development Service Rules, 2019
(1)The inter-se seniority of the officers appointed to the various Grades mentioned in the First Schedule at the initial constitution of the service under rule 6 shall be determined in accordance with the general instructions issued by the Government from time to time.
