16. Allowances to members.
(1)There shall be paid to the President, the Vice-President and other members, such allowances for attendance at meetings and such reasonable travelling and other allowances, as may be prescribed.(2)No member shall be entitled to any payment from the Council other than the payment as specified under sub-section (1).
