5.NMS.101.14 in S.2715.07.doc the Court Commissioner had by examining all necessary documents confirmed that Mr. Ponvel Nadarajan is authorized to represent the 41st Defendant Society, Viz. Deonar Industrial Premises Co-Operative Society Ltd. In light of the order dated 30.04.2019, the learned Counsel for the Applicant in Notice of Motion No.101 of 2014 seeks time to file objections to the Report dated 24.04.2019 of the Court Commissioner. She has requested for a period of three weeks for filing the objections. Considering the prior orders passed, it would be appropriate to grant time to the Applicant. The Notice of Motion No.101 of 2014 and the objections filed to the Court Commissioner's Report, will be served upon the Applicant in Notice of Motion No.1716 of 2010 prior to the next date. 2 List the Notice of Motions along with Notice of Motion No.1716 of 2010, on the next date. i.e. on 4th July, 2019.
