(4)The Sponsoring body shall fulfill the terms and conditions and report compliance to the Government within two years period from the date of issue of Letter of Intent:Provided that Government may further extend the term for a maximum period of one year not exceeding six months at a time if it is satisfied that the sponsoring body has taken substantial steps towards setting up of the University.
