(5)On the issue of the order under sub-rule (4), the Secretary of the Land Management Committee shall give to the members of the Land Management Committee at 108 least one week's notice stating therein the number of members of the Village Revenue Committee to be elected by Land Management Committee, and the date, time and place of the meeting.
