Section 7(2)(a) in The Rajasthan Control Of Goondas Act, 1975

(a)The District Magistrate while issuing notice to any person under sub-section (1) of section 3 may issue a warrant for his arrest with endorsement thereon of a direction in terms of the provisions of section 71 of the said Code, and the provisions of sections 70 to 86 and sections 87 to 89 of the said Code shall, so far as may be, apply in relation to such warrant as if the District Magistrate were the court of a Magistrate;
