10. Inspection after vacination. The parent or guardian of every child which has been vaccinated under section nine shall, on the date of inspection stated in the memorandum, take the child, or cause it to be taken, to a vaccinator for inspection, or get it inspected at his own house by a vaccinator; and such vaccinator shall then append to the memorandum a certificate stating that the child has been inspected and the result of such inspection.
