Section 134 in The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000
134. Amendment of section 276.- In section 276 of the principal Act,-(a) for the word" twenty" wherever it occurs, the word" fifteen" shall be substituted;
(b)for the words" this Act" at both the places where they occur, the words, brackets and figures" the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 " shall be substituted.
