Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have been duly served, however no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Ld. counsel for respondent No.1 prays for and is granted four weeks’ time, as last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.

At the end of four weeks, whether counter affidavit is filed or not, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon’ble Court, as per rules.
