Section 1 in The Orissa Stage Carriages (Licensing of Conductors) Rules, 1994
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Orissa Stage Carriages (Licensing of Conductors) Rules, 1994.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Orissa Gazette and they shall apply to and in relation to all stage carriages used in the State of Orissa.
