Destruction of records should be carried out quarterly and the Record-Keeper shall, in the first month of each quarter, cause the B, C and D files which are due for destruction to be removed from their shelves for the purpose. As each record is destroyed, the necessary entries should be made in column 8 of the Bound Lists and on the Index Board.
