622. Subordination of Criminal Investigation Department officers to Superintendents. [§ 12, Act V, 1861].
- In cases in which the services of officers of the department are placed at the disposal of Superintendents without control being assumed, such officers shall work under the Superintendent's exclusive control and responsibility.
