Section 28(1) in Nagaland Rural Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 2018
(1)Invalid pension may be granted to an employee who, -(a)has rendered minimum ten years of service; and(b)retires from the service on or after the effective date on account of any bodily or mental infirmity, which permanently, incapacitates him for the service.
