Section 26(a) in The M.P. Trade Unions Regulations, 1961
(a)the name or names of the officer, officers, or members, authorised in this behalf shall be intimated in advance to the employer and changes, if any, therein shall be communicated to (he employer at least 24 hours before the date of collection;
