(3)If, in connection with the exercise of the powers and the performance of the duties or the Authority under this Act, any dispute arises between the Authority and the State Government, the matter shall be decided by the State Government and its decision shall be final.] [Section 46A and 46B were inserted by Maharashtra 29 of 1976, Section 21.][46B.
