Section 20(2) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur
(2)At the Annual Meeting of the Board the Annual Report of the University, including the following shall be considered:-(a)A review of the progress made in different spheres of the activities of the University:(b)A statement of the receipts and disbursement:(c)The strength of the academic and administrative and other staff and position and remuneration of the members of the said staff on the 31st March;(d)The strength of the students in various classes in each College/School with specialisation;(e)An estimate of the receipt and expenses for the next following year; and(f)The Balance Sheet and Audit Report.
