6. Learned Advocate submits that the Respondents required "no objections" from the other legal heirs. Accordingly, an Affidavit dated 12th August 2025 of the Petitioner is tendered along with consent letters of the four children.

7. Registry to accept the Affidavit of the Petitioner dated 12th August 2025 for the Respondents to effect the transfer in full and final settlement of the Petitioner's claims.

8. Upon such payment being made to the Petitioner's son, the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 - LIC shall stand discharged from all claims and liabilities to the Petitioner.

9. Praecipe is accordingly disposed of.

10. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this Order.
