[1] Prayer in the petition is for initiating proceedings against the respondent for intentional and willful defiance of order, Annexure P/1 dated 28.02.2022 in CWP No.464 of 2022.

[2] A perusal of order, Annexure P/1 reveals that CWP No.464 of 2022 was disposed of by directing respondent No.2 therein to decide application dated 07.11.2019 filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 within four weeks in accordance with law and communicate decision to the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.3 and 4 therein.

[3] Learned AAG has produced copy of communication from the District Magistrate, Amritsar to the Advocate General, Punjab, Chandigarh dated 31.05.2022 along with copy of order dated 30.05.2022 as per which the Tehsildar-cum-Duty Magistrate, Amritsar-1 has been directed to assist the bank to take over the possession of the secured asset after verifying the documents under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. Copy thereof supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner, who on perusal thereof states that in the circumstances the petitioner does not press the instant petition and may be permitted to withdraw the same.

[4] In view of the position noted above as well as statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of as not calling for any action against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
