Section 6(3) in U.P. Kshettra Panchayats (Removal of Disqualification and Settlement of Disputes Relating to Disqualification and Membership) Rules, 1994
(3)The State Government shall, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties and after such other enquiry as it deems just and proper, give its decision on the question referred to it.
