Section 33(1) in The Bihar and Orissa Medical Act, 1916
(1)The [State] [Substituted by A. L. O.] Government may from time to time make [Rules] [For Rules framed by the State Government under this Section vide B. O. R. O. Volume I, Part VII.] to carry out the purposes of this Act.
