Section 7(1)(c) in Himachal Pradesh Prevention of Beggary Act, 1979

(c)The provisions of sub-sections (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9) and (10) of section 360 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) shall apply to the cases referred to in clauses (a) and (b).
