Mr. A.K. Bhardwaj:
The short grievance raised by the applicant in the present Original Application filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 is that when the result of other candidates for Traffic Apprentice & Goods Guard was declared on 21.10.2014, his result has been withheld. 2
2. We find that before approaching the Tribunal, the applicant has not complied with the provisions of Section 20 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, i.e., he has not exhausted the departmental remedies.
3. Heard. Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. R.V. Sinha, learned proxy counsel for Mr. R.N. Singh, learned standing counsel for Ministry of Railways, accepted notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. With the consent of the parties, the Original Application is taken up for disposal and the same is disposed of at the admission stage with liberty to the applicant to make a representation for redressal of his grievances to the concerned authority in the Department within two weeks. If such representation is made within the time given, the respondents will decide the same within six weeks thereafter. No costs.
