Section 14(3) in The Haryana Homoeopathic Practitioners (General) Rules, 1975
(3)Every appeal shall be accompanied by a certified copy of order appealed against and shall contain the following particulars :-(a)the date of the order against which the appeal is preferred;(b)the grounds of the appeal briefly but clearly set out.
