255. Inconsistency in laws.
- Nothing in this chapter or any rule or regulation made thereunder or any instrument having effect by virtue of this chapter or the rule or the regulation made thereunder shall have effect in so far as it is inconsistent with any provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
