Section 5(d) in The M.P. Government Central Libraries Rules, 1964
(d)The library shall remain open from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m., on Sundays and general holidays [except those days referred to in sub-rules (a) and (b) of Rule 5 above], by the Chief Librarian with the prior approval of the Director.
