Section 5(4) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determining Capacity of Petroleum, Petroleum Products and Natural Gas Pipeline) Regulations, 2010
(4)All entities shall declare to the Board the constant parameters and the variable parameters for the pipeline:-(i)On first working day of April and first working day of October every year; or(ii)Whenever there is any addition or deletion of the supply source of petroleum, petroleum products or natural gas.The entities shall also provide on first working day of October and first working day of April every year the hydraulic gradient and system flow diagram for the pipeline.
