Haribhau Malkapure, resident 2 908A.Cri.APL 505.2021 of Ambadevi Ward, Ghatanji, Tq. Ghatanji, District Yavatmal that this matter is likely to be heard finally on the next date and we further direct that service report be filed by P.S.O. Ghatanji on record of the case on or before the next date.
4. Authenticated copy of the order be furnished to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for its being sent to non-applicant No.1.
