ORAL ORDER
5 10-07-2015Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This writ petition has been filed for disposing of the petition and proper action be taken to the effect of Annexure-2. Further a direction has been issued to save his property and life as property and life of the petitioner is in danger for which he has lodged a case bearing Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014 Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.939 of 2014 (5) dt.10-07-2015 registered for offence under Sections 406, 420, 323, 504, 506 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act dated 06.06.2014. It is alleged that accused persons snatched the property of the petitioner in collusion with other accused persons, and threatening him and hence he has lodged a case, but police did not taken any action.
However, a direction has been issued to file a counter affidavit whether Final Form has been submitted or not.
Learned counsel for the State submits that Final Form has been submitted.
Having regard to the fact, Final Form has been submitted and hence grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Now the petitioner may proceed further in accordance with law on the submission of the Final Form.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
