Section 22(3) in Paradip Port Harbour Craft Rules 1967
(3)If any licensed harbour craft is found by the Deputy Conservator to have contravened the provisions of sub-rule (1) or (2) the Deputy Conservator may--(a)cancel the license issued in respect of the harbour craft,(b)direct that the tindal at fault shall not be employed in any capacity in any licensed harbour craft and that his name shall be removed from the register of tindals,
