Section 6(c) in Orissa School Education (Community Participations) Rules, 2000
(c)It shall be lawful, for the Parent-Teacher's Association to accept amount (monetary and materials) from the persons other than the members of the Parent-Teachers Association or Organisation towards corpus fund.
