Section 63(5) in The Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006
(5)Where an enrollment certificate issued under these Rules is misplaced, lost or destroyed, duplicate thereof may be issued by the Commissioner on an application in writing accompanied with a fee of rupees two hundred fifty.
