Section 10(1) in Tamil Nadu Occupants of Kudiyiruppu (Conferment Of Ownership) Act, 1971
(1)After the amount of compensation has been determined, the Government shall, on behalf of the occupant of the kudiyiruppu, tender payment of the compensation to the persons entitled thereto and shall pay it to them.
