Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Section 295A of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No.143 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 1772 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh.

It is alleged that the petitioner was transmitting objectionable messages and was trying to create disharmony in the society. Petitioner has already remained in custody since 15.06.2018.

Taking into consideration the period of custody, petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No.143 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.1772 of 2018.
