19. Power of the Soil Conservation Board to prepare scheme.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Soil Conservation Board may, of its own motion and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, prepare any scheme for any river valley catchment area specified in the notification under subsection (1) of section 18 providing for all or any of the matters specified in section 14.
