Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of
Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court
for their wilful, deliberate and continuous act in disobeying the
directions given by this Court on 26.07.2018 in O.S.A.No.84/2018.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the Order of the Division Bench, by which, the Award was confirmed with some modification, has been violated wilfully, the present Contempt Petition is filed.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Award passed by the Arbitrator, which was confirmed with some modification by the Division Bench, has been been violated wfilfully.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the Contempt Petition is not maintainable. http://www.judis.nic.in 3
4. We are not inclined to go into the merits of the case. The order of the Division Bench merely reiterates the Award with some modification, which involves a civil dispute. Therefore, the remedy is open to the petitioner to file an Execution Petition and not by way of Contempt Petition.
5. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court in accordance with law. .
