Section 10(1) in The Rajasthan Medical Rules, 1957
(1)As a preliminary step for the holding of each election the Returning Officer shall notify in the Rajasthan Gazette, and in such other manner, as he may think fit, all vacancies, whether ordinary or casual, with a specification of the electorate by which each out-going or deceased member was returned and by which consequently his successor is due to be elected and of the date of expiry of the term of his office.
