Section 7(2) in The Jharkhand Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2017
(2)The Chief Registrar of Marriage shall superintend, subject to the direction of the Registrar General the Registration of marriages in the district and shall be responsible for carrying into execution in the district, the provisions of this Act and the orders of the Registrar General issued from time to time for the purposes of this Act.
